Fellowship Hour - We gather in the Aldersgate Room behind the sanctuary for refreshments and conversation at the conclusion of every worship service.
Location:
We are located right in the heart of the grounds of the University of Virginia at 1901 Thomson Road, Charlottesville, Virginia, (corner of Emmet Street and Thomson Road). The church is directly across from the UVa Central Grounds Parking Garage and Memorial Gym.
For those with local knowledge, we are located two blocks south of the Rt. 250 (Ivy Road) and Rt. 29 Business (Emmet Street) intersection.
Parking at "Wesley Mem":
Parking in a University community is often a challenge, and we find that parking near the University of Virginia is no exception. On Sundays, parking is available to members and visitors in the parking lot adjacent to the Church.
In addition, parking may be found on nearby streets and in the University of Virginia Central Grounds Parking Garage just across Emmet Street from the Church. Special Note: If you return to your car before 1p.m. and take your bulletin from our worship service for the attendant, your parking at the garage will be free.
